Our idea for this cuvée: a return to our roots to create a natural, unadulterated bubbly, using only the sugar in the grapes. This original sparkling wine, in the Montlouis-sur-Loire appellation, is the purest expression of its origins.

Food & wine pairing: Drink it on its own as an aperitif or digestif. But why not try it with a fish or poultry meal, or a white fruit dessert?
