Collaboration with El Garage. Smoothie Ale, with mangos and chilis: We teamed up local hype taqueria El Garage (co-founded by Armistice alum Viviana!) to brew a cerveza'd version of Richmond's favorite summer treat! You can sample several different versions of mangonadas (also known as chamangos) just up 23rd. Our version is only beer in the legal sense. It doesn’t taste like velvety sweet mango; it is velvety sweet mango. The heat comes quick and lingers out a long finish that’s equal parts overripe juice and fire.
