Introduced to mark the 130th anniversary of founder Giulio Cocchi, this is a classic Piedmontese vermouth. The main ingredients are all Piedmontese, or have a solid link with the region. The base wine is a Cortese. Artemisia Absinthium is harvested in the Piedmontese Alps. The aromatic profile is distinguished by the presence of Menta di Pancalieri - a local variety of peppermint - and lemon, traditionally used to garnish vermouth in Piedmont. Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry was created to enrich classic cocktails such as the Martini or Bamboo, but it can also be diluted with tonic (preferably elderflower tonic) or soda, or sipped over ice.
