Brewery Notes: A real dark beer, brewed exclusively with dark and roasted malts, without the use of dark beer syrup or light malt. (An old trick used by corporate breweries who want to produce a large range with little effort.) We prefer it more elaborate! The aroma is dominated by scents of fresh farmer's bread. In the initial drink you first taste bread, then chocolate, followed by licorice and a pinch of vanilla in the aftertaste. Very full-bodied.
